I am not sure about this, I think someone must have it, as I think someday it will be used in a case against Huma. She is a spy.

yer it is a red herring, bc the FBI confirmed they have a bunch of Hillary emails from it - we do have it in evidence that Granite received the laptop in order to presumably bleachbit it, but they only had it for 3 days before the FBI hit them with a warrant to turn it over. Then the news came out that they had Hillary emails on it, so it doesnt look ike they got around to the job b4 the FBI took it
