This May 14th order by a US District Court Judge is simply the release of the search and seizure warrant and its Attachment A.

It is not the release of the evidence discovered by the search warrant. The warrant is typically authorized by the judge or magistrate based upon an affidavit (Attachment A) establishing probable cause to search a person or item or premises. We don't even know which. Presumably it is seeking to search for Weiner's computers and the contents.

Remember, insofar as press releases are accurate, the FBI was unaware of the " insurance " files until after executing the warrant. I hope the application for a warrant was broad enough to include evidence of other pedophile crimes besides the sexting of a certain young lady. If evidence of other crimes surface during a valid search, it can serve as a basis for additional charges.

We are all sitting on pins and needles waiting for this document which will generate more efforts to get to the evidence itself, I know I am.

Big thanks to Corey Lynn @ Coreydigs on Reddit!!

there's no files or folder marked insurance and there is surely no reference in a FBI press release to Insurance.

Thank you: I stand corrected. There has been no acknowledge by LE of an insurance file following the issuance of a warrant. There is rumor coming from Eric Prince as I recall.

I do find it interesting that there was a reference to to an "insurance" file, that's the term employed by Pete & Lisa of the FBI re Trump.
