I found this while doing research on the L.A. Chandlers, notably aunts and uncles of Ray Chandler. I don't remember who exactly is tied to this foundation but it looks exactly like all another catchment system to continue to control SRA kids in the modern MONARCH program (or a private version thereof) using the Arts, which is a "business" that is not controlled like other types of companies. That is why there are so many SRA kids in Arts and Entertainment. Some of the kids are placed into corporate or government gigs but most seem to accept arts patronage before being married off to strategic partners.
