For the rest of us, that’s called vigilantism, and we’re not supposed to do it. TPTB condemn those that try to catch pedos outside of law enforcement, but the applaud shomrim, who likely let pedos escape.
Yes, well, they had or have a group in Canada that went after pedos. I hope they are still around, but who knows maybe they put a stop to them. They do have Neighborhood Watches in some towns that report to police. But again I am sure they are not as well organized as these Shomrim are.
