Hmmm. I have a fairly black sense of humour myself but I couldn't actually watch the whole thing just because it wasn't at all entertaining. It's very forced, and not funny at all (although I have definitely enjoyed College Humor sketches before). Interesting find OP. Does make you wonder why this was ever made.
