When doing some research, i came across something regarding Allison Mack and a charity organisation called "Kids with a cause"

According to this site she,

"Devotes time to Kids with a Cause, a charity for underprivileged youngsters."

Kids With A Cause was one of the first charities to respond and lend a helping hand after the devastating tornado in Greensburg, Kansas. This terrible tragedy destroyed the entire town on May 4, 2007, and left a once quiet town in rubble. The residents had high hopes for the future and knew the re-building of their neighborhood would be a long and difficult process.

As the FEMA trailers moved in, so did Kids With A Cause. We organized a community luncheon (yes, under an enormous tent with no running water or electricity) for all of the families to reunite. It was the first time they were able to see each other, share stories of their losses and discuss their plans for the future.
