Odd Voat Algorithm shows v/pizzagate post with 2 up votes and when viewed from the OP's Submissions indicates 68 (pizzagate)

So a recent post here by @bolus shows 2 up votes and when viewed from his Submission history, here, it indicates there are actually 68 votes.

Can anyone make sense of this?
