Allison Mack will be released on $5 million bond stemming from sex-trafficking charges, Yahoo Entertainment confirms. She will serve home detention with electronic monitoring until her next court date.
The Smallville star was in federal court in Brooklyn on Tuesday where Mack’s mother, Melinda Mack, put up her home in Los Alamitos, Calif. as collateral, in addition to property and a bank account owned by Allison Mack. According to Variety, Allison Mack will live with her parents during home detention.
A lawyer for Mack entered a “not guilty” plea following her arrest on Friday. If convicted on all charges, Mack could face up to 15 years in prison. It’s believed that she is working on a plea deal with federal prosecutors

She may need life in prison or even death, depending on the severity of her crimes. I'm praying for her SOUL. King Manasseh, the wickedest King in Israel, sacrificed his own son to Molech in the fire (2 Chron 32-33) and led Judah into worship of Idols. So God threw him in a dungeon. While he was there he cried out to God. God was moved by his brokeness and restored him to his throne. But for the rest of his life he would be a Vassal King to Babylon. One of the greatest revivals in Israel's history happened because of him. He tore down the idols to Molech and re-instituted God's Temple. I pray that she is honest about her guilt before God and man, regardless of the punishment. I want God's mercy for her, but that doesn't mean I don't want Justice. The thief on the Cross, traditionally known as Demas, deserved his death sentence, but Jesus promised his Soul would be in Paradise because he acknowedged his guilt that and he cried out to him.
