I just saw some posts which claim that Allison Mack was charged with child sex trafficking. Did anyone see the actual charges?

I tried to look it up, but you need a Pacer account to access. Any law students here? I will post this in a law school sub to see if someone there has access.

Yeah, it is listed as a notable post over there. Screenshots - 3 - right from PACER. Judge Garaufis is assigned. Pending counts Title 18 Section 1591 (a) (1), 1591 (a) (2), 1591 (b) (1), 1594 (a), 2 and 3551 et. seq. Then the verbal descriptions in all capital letters. Sex Trafficking of children by force of coercion. Establishing peonage.

I read the complaint twice. Did not find any reference to the ages of the victims. No legal terms such as minor, child, or underage. AFAIK, the complaint might only refer to adult victims. Does anyone else know otherwise?

Specifically, 18 U.S. Code § 1591 (b) (1) - (b) The punishment for an offense under subsection (a) is— (1) if the offense was effected by means of force, threats of force, fraud, or coercion described in subsection (e)(2), or by any combination of such means, or if the person recruited, enticed, harbored, transported, provided, obtained, advertised, patronized, or solicited had not attained the age of 14 years at the time of such offense, by a fine under this title and imprisonment for any term of years not less than 15 or for life;
