Yeah, Fear and Loathing is fiction folks. Adrenochrome is real substance, but all it is is oxidized adrenalin, basically is one of the things adrenalin metabolizes to. Adrenalin was synthesized in a lab over 100 years ago. So you can create adenochrome completely in a lab by exposing Adrenalin to oyxgen. Or you could use an oxidizer like maybe hydrogen peroxide if you don't want to wait.

Because Adrenochrome is produced by the destruction of adrenaline, and the reason cocaine affects us is blocks the enzymes that destroy adrenaline, allowing more adrenaline to be present in the body. Unless your natural state is a cocaine high, this is not happening.

Not a way to get adrenochrome, unless you can think a way of doing this without light or air or humidity or any of other aspects of Earth's environment.
