It slipped through the cracks because the director designed it that way. You won't find that in an article anywhere because the director would never have gotten it produced if he called it: "Child Trafficking: And How They Do It." You mods better watch out for who signs your checks and how well you know them.

I've watched the film & I enjoyed it. Subtle, intelligent character building and a quirky sense of humour I enjoy. The film definitely talks about how children get lost in the adoption system, how state services can be insensitive and lose sight of the individual amongst bureaucracy. Personally I don't see a child trafficking theme but if you or others do I guess fair play.
