Is there an official document that mentions NYPD in relation to the Weiner laptop or is this just more of the same nonsense?

Hi,

The Eric Garner tape has nothing to do with Weiner's laptop. There's still no evidence for the claim* NYPD threatened by FBI over Pizzagate.* This is a completely unfounded claim.

The NYPD is not mentioned at all in regards with Weiner's laptop. The reason for this is the NYPD never had Weiner's laptop. That was seized by the FBI under a federal subpoena by the US Attorney in the Southern District of NY. All Feds, no locals.

Here's all the places Weiner's laptop are mentioned and they are always mentioned together.

On October 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., Comey held a meeting with the Clinton E-mail Investigation team to discuss obtaining a search warrant for a set of Clintonrelated e-mails the FBI had discovered on a laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner, and taking additional steps in the Clinton E-mail Investigation.

When asked why he did not discuss it with the Director in advance, McCabe said the Director was “very, very occupied” at the time with the Weiner laptop issue. McCabe told us that if he had not been out of town, he would have talked to Comey about the disclosure in advance because it involved a significant issue. When questioned by the OIG as to whether, as Deputy Director, he had the capability to reach Comey wherever he was and whenever he needed, McCabe acknowledged that he did but added it was challenging to do so between October 27 and 28, given the Weiner laptop issue and the fact that Comey told him he did not want to discuss that issue with him.

and then a couple of mentions is a footnote about a letter from McCabe's lawyer responding to the report on page 25 of the report. That's it.

The title of this post is misleading and clearly violates the Empiricism rule Empiricism: EACH factual claim that is not common knowledge must be sourced with a link.

I thnk page 10 is talking about the NY fieild office of the FBI and Tracy Beanz is bringing into her talk other allegations about the NYPD having the laptop. The title is a summary of Tracy Beanz allegations in her take on the document.

However, the documet isn't long and people can read for themselves what to make of the discussion.

Right, she is bringing in allegations that are not supported by this document at all (and incidentally, allegations, I have debunked several times.), so this claim's Accuracy is in Question.
