This is correct. But the government was dissolved 80 years ago and his now a corporation, it's citizens collateralized. The treausry pays the government and the private FED, owned by the banking cartel, funds the Treasury. FED gets it's money from the IRS, which is private, owned by Rothschild, Britsh Crown, Vatican and other bankers. Politicians are employees of those that pay them. We do not have a government, and the constituion has been suspended since 1933. A national emergency is declared once a year, meaning we are de-facto status and under corporate control. This is why it is gauranteed that a national emergency is declared about something every year. Trump had his phony human traficking national emergency to continue the ruse.
