He is saying Hillary Rodham Clinton enjoyed spending time in D Room where she used Table 29 to kill children.

Although one of my theories is that DC could be seen as a New Rome its got its own Danube (Rio Grande) Foederati (Dreamers) Goths (Caravan coming at the border) and even its own Rubicon (Potomac?)

Im far more inclined to believe that, although the current situation in the US can most certainly be seen as a modern analogy of the fall of ancient rome.

Im also still just as convinced that the Church of Scientology is the target rather than rome or the jews. but thats just me.
