Yes, I am aware that the entire procedure does not meet the minimum requirements for the legal system. But that's the point. This information is important (understanding the enemy and not dismissing them or making fun of them) is important. In this case the lawyer enables the accused to see himself as above the law. And the permissive authority is Pope Francis who represents a side of the evil triangle (Elite). So the connection to elite pedophilia is inferred from the bottom up, though not necessarily suspected from the top down.
It doesn't matter. The person is invoking the authority of the Vatican in the same way the Vatican ACTUALLY flexes it's power in private. I am a child stolen by the Church and given to another family 10 years after children were no longer considered the property of their father in local law. I have witnessed the Vatican screw over a prestigious NGO by telling them they would be members FOR LIFE but not pay more than the year's membership. Everybody involved in global pedo-cannibal networks are bullies and total frauds, that's the whole point :)

Hi Eva, I just wanted to chime in here. First, this is a very convoluted situation you are sharing with the board, and all you've done is direct link a Tweet and write a headline. This level of complexity really demands a Discuss submission.

And unfortunately, the discussion will disappear from the public eye when we remove your post under Rule 1 and 2 because you can't edit it to explain what is going on, why it may be relevant to elite child sex trafficking, or the address the issue @think- rightly brings up, which is that the pedo is citing a fake ruling from a fake judge with no legal authority to defend his crimes.
I suspect if you wrote this out fully, though, it would amount to "Abusive pedo tries sovereignty defense, hides behind Pope to avoid prosecution under U.S. law." Since there is no evidence the Vatican actually helped him in any way, there's no connection to elite pedophilia that I can see, and we would have to remove a Discuss post on this as well. There's no doubt this is interesting, and indirectly relevant. But that is why it belongs in v/pizzagatewhatever.
I am fine with this. But think of all the value I got in 24 hours from questions and comment. I might be able to submit a more complete explanatory post about this topic. I am just going to let the situation develop. Thanks for your work Vindicator.
