Reminds me of OTO Aleister Crowley's 'do what you will', as if individual will is the only important thing. There have been cases (I'm thinking there were some gay guys in Germany) of cannibal pairings in which both parties consent.
There were no police involved because no one called them or reported them. It is still against the law. That is what he is not saying, because he does not want us to dwell on it. He is parsing words and he really needs to be reported to the police. How do we know these people don't have issues of mental health?
