A nearly 1 thousand page!! long manual explaining in detail how pedophiles can lure, groom, and abuse children has been spread in the Netherlands for years. Minister Ferdinand Grapperhaus of Justice and Security is looking into whether this book can be banned.

The authorities consider the book dangerous, but the possession or distribution of it is not illegal in the Netherlands. "Just like manuals on how to make bombs or commit the perfect murder", a spokesperson for the Public Prosecutor said to the broadcaster.

I just read this in @Laskar's post they submitted today:

According to this EU report: " Of the registered victims [of human trafficking] confirmed as EU citizens, the top 5 countries of citizenship are Bulgaria, Romania, the Netherlands, Hungary and Poland".

I'm a bit puzzled - I always thought the majority of trafficking victims in Europe (with European citizenship) were from Eastern or South-Eastern Europe.

But from the Netherlands??

Thats exactly what i was always thinking, could be the easy connection with the UK.

We have a large harbour Rotterdam, and the UK isn't that far when using a boat.
