Sarah’s Law, or the Child Sex Offender Disclosure Scheme allows parents, carers and guardians to ask the police to tell them if someone has a criminal record for child sexual offences.

Sarah Jane "Sara" Payne MBE[1][2] (née Williams; born 1 March 1969) is a British media campaigner known for her campaign for parents' right for a controlled access to the sex offender registry, spurred by the murder of her daughter Sarah in 2000.
On 28 July 2011, it was reported that Sara Payne's mobile phone was one of those targeted by the News of the World as part of the News International phone hacking scandal, which had led to owner Rupert Murdoch's decision to close the newspaper down soon after the allegations were publicised earlier that month

UNTANGLING REBEKAH BROOKS http://archive.is/DgGd2
Rebekah Brooks was running the News of the World at 31, and Rupert Murdoch’s entire British newspaper empire at 41. A virtual member of the Murdoch family, close to Prime Ministers Blair, Brown, and Cameron, she relished her power—until the phone-hacking scandal took her down.
Rebekah Brooks became very close to the child’s mother, Sara Payne, at one point giving her a company cell phone, which, according to investigators, may have been hacked, an allegation that Brooks said was “abhorrent.”
Why did she give Sara Payne a phone ??

So much has changed since 2011, before Brexit or fake news dominated the newspapers; but how much has really changed in the press since the height of the phone hacking scandal threatened to blow it apart? The government is convinced a revolution has taken place. Culture secretary Matt Hancock has now scrapped any further Leveson inquiry into the press and its relationship with the police force: “The world has changed,” he said.
In the years since the press standards inquiry was launched, the News of the World has closed down, many people have gone to jail, and millions have been paid out to victims of press intrusion. But the industry still looks and feels essentially the same. For a start the same people are in charge: the Murdochs and Rebekah Brooks at News International; and Paul Dacre and Viscount Rothermere at the Daily Mail. The prime minister hosted a private dinner for the Mail editor-in-chief within six months of moving into Downing Street, and managed to “bump into” Rupert Murdoch during her first trip to New York after taking office.

Bell Pottinger buys Blairite agency
Bell Pottinger is set to install a former aide to Tony Blair as MD of its public affairs practice as it acquires the lobbying firm Centreground Political Communications.
Lord Bell, chairman of Bell Pottinger said: "I am very pleased that Darren and his colleagues have decided to join us, we are an advisory firm and it is important that our range of skills cover all our client’s needs. Our Geopolitical business is growing at a rapid pace. In a world that is facing all sorts of crises and conflicts, a great deal of our work involves conflict resolution - in that we are now uniquely skilled."
Rebekah Brooks? 'We helped choose her police station' says Bell Pottinger
Bell Pottinger's senior executives described how they prepared the former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks for her evidence to Parliament and also helped her to choose which police station she would like to be arrested at and questioned.
Lord Stevens quit paper over 'unethical behaviour'
The former head of Scotland Yard has revealed how he quit his News of the World column after hearing of “unethical behaviour” at the now defunct Sunday paper.
That's the same Lord Stevens that headed up the Diana and Dodi inquiry.
'SAS murdered Diana' claims are new, says former Met Commissioner Lord Stevens
Lord Stevens concluded, as a previous French inquiry had done in 1999, that the Princess's driver, Henri Paul, had been under the influence of alcohol and driving too fast when he collided with a pillar in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel.

This is a great post. Rebekah Brooks sounds heinous and very dangerous.
Just by the way, I'm sure you saw these:
Interesting allegations about her from Field McConnell/Abel Danger

Thank you.
I hadn't seen the Abel Danger stuff. I don't tend to follow him. Some of the stuff seems so fantastical.. like this for example:
Do you think this could be true?

Oh sorry, I meant I thought the AD info would have come up if you searched for "Rebekah Brooks," and that you may have glanced at it.
I just remembered I found the AD post in a roundabout way. I wanted to attempt to cut through the News of the World phone hacking and her "outing of pedophiles" items, so I set Google back to prior to 12.31.10 and searched for 'Rebekah Wade is a paedophile.'

I have no idea.
I was going to preface my comment about his allegations with "For what it's worth," but I did not want to insult him because in my heart of hearts I lean a little toward Field's information being true.
If it is, I wonder if he is brilliantly presenting it so that it's intentionally almost unreadable, and just sounds so kooky, to protect his loved ones and himself.
That's a lot of "ifs," I know.
But I wouldn't put anything past the people willfully in these cults. I'm not sure if he is saying in the excerpt you posted that they made snuff film victims into leather and passport covers, but why wouldn't they. As far as I recall, snuff film victims were made into food items by some of my relatives when I was younger; as far as I remember, some were delivered to deletes, and some for a time to a restaurant, so it sounds plausible enough at least to me. From what I recall, certain people had certain tasks, I don't know how it was decided, so it seems realistic-ish to me that SC had a task at one time of keeping track of and transporting victims, then their bodies/parts, to wherever. Everyone seemed to have a job in the group.
EDIT to add:
I don't follow Abel Danger either. At one time I read a bit about the White's club death betting stuff, which did not seem all that unrealistic for some reason, but that's as far as I looked into his information.
