Hello all,

As many of you are well aware disinformation within the media is at an all time high. This really goes double for "conspiracy" or "truth minded" narratives. Consistently truth movements, websites, media are infiltraded with false charachters that end up dominating the domain (ex: Alex Jones). The Trump train has also added considerable opposition to speaking the truth without being labled "a left wing conspiracy nut". On the brightside more people than ever before are turning to the internet to fill their content needs.

I've been thinking about devoting a good chunk of each paycheck into my own Website + Creating my own content in order to spread the truth. One of the most difficult asects is the research. Even a topic that may seem easy can take a long time to properly resoruce, this goes triple in the conspiracy world that's filled with disinfo.

I've since been thinking about setting up a research channel on Slack/Matrix/(Not Discord)/(Other alternatives) that's dedicated to researching topics. Assuming we get just a few good contributors, we may actually be able to put together a lot of good research + content and possibly grow the network a bit. I'm also open for any suggestions.

I spend around 4-5 hours a day going through news, conspiracies, etc. My background is in Growth Marketing, A.I., and Research. I'm also putting a good amount into the project, we can definetely open source the research so anyone can use it. + We should also credit those individuals. I've been playing around with the idea, would love feedback or assistance.
