What has happened to the kid that was on 2 and a half men? http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0427489/bio?ref_=nm_ov_bio_sm Here is something he put in his own words about that show. If you watch Two and a Half Men (2003), please stop watching Two and a Half Men. I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't want to be on it." Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth. People say it's just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch." Wonder what happened on that show?
Oh yeah. Martin Sheen appeared on that show and so did Robert Wagner. Also, when Sheen left he was replaced by Ashton Kutcher. I did not watch the show but sometimes I turn on the TV and it is on that channel. Yikes. Up pops Sheen's dad and I watched it a couple min. Also Kutcher came on one time and I watched it to see what happened. Very Weird. I will never forget this. I don't know why but he was watching a TV show and on the TV was a party, you know the kind, like the Secret Societies or Rothschilds have with the Ball Gowns and Masks and it looked just like that. Real Strange. I hate that show, and never turn it on, but maybe I should force myself to watch. I am sure there were a lot of cryptic messages. I hate CS. Especially now that I have read the message left by that poor boy.
I was a fan ten years ago. Later, I made some changes in my life, mellowed out and removed negative influences. My wife did something similar. We used to love sitting and watching that show. Years later, we would put the kids to bed and we wanted to find a show to watch together. We settled on starting that one again. Something changed. From our new perspective, it wasnt funny anymore. Just a bunch of indults and snarky perverted jokes. We didnt laugh once.
I guess some people might find it funny until they start thinking about that child on there. What kind of people would be saying that kind of stuff with a child listening and participating? I never watched it (only parts of it) until I came on this board, knowing what I now know. I am amazed at what I have seen in only those few moments. Shocking. I think you stopped also because something woke you up, even though you didn't realize it. I can't tell you how many people are shocked that I find so many of the sitcoms disgusting and don't watch any. We just don't think any of them are funny.
I didnt have kids when I watched that show... That is one contributing factor to my rejection of it. Through comedy, I was unconciously accepting all of the degenerate behavior portrayed on the show, but the primary appeal of the show comes from the way the characters just humiliate and degrade each other with their comments and pranks. I am ashamed that I ever found that funny, and I can never condoe or enable that type of treatment for anyone. It makes me sad to realize most people dont notice the coldness and cruelty in entertainment these days, worse that they admire it and laugh.
Sometimes we can't see the forest through the trees. The comedy is now way out of line and we can thank SNL for that. Little by little they overhauled our perceptions about what was funn or sick. Now most of that show is beyond perversion.
