Almost 100 girls in the Central African Republic have said they were sexually abused by international peacekeepers, with three claiming they were tied up and forced to have sex with a dog by a French military commander in 2014.

They're almost as guilty as the UN for being so ignorant.

I highly agree. Any org. that has been put in charge of overseeing these armies of protectors must be held responsible. There is no way they did not know this was going on. No way. My heart just aches for that little girl that said she was getting called a dog. What in the world did she do to deserve That? Nothing.
