Donna Butterworth passed away a few days ago, if the name doesn't ring a bell don't worry, it didn't for me either. She was a child actor that co-starred w/ Elvis in a movie called 'Paradise, Hawaiian Style', a film that has more than a couple cringe worthy songs featuring Elvis.

Here is 'Queenie Wahine's Papaya', where Butterworth's character is clearly identified as Queenie Wahine.
