First rule of v/pizzagate: We will ban your butt pronto if you directly link to illegal pornographic images of kids
However, that doesn't mean you can't share research about pedo pornographers and organize campaigns to raise public outcry and force service providers to take down sites. Here's how to do so without endangering Voat or fellow voaters:
- NEVER use the Link button to submit a dangerous url; always make a Discuss post
- Break any link that leads to CP by adding spaces into the url so that users must copy and paste it into their browser
- Precede dangerous urls or those that lead to them with a clear warning in bolded ALL CAPS of what lies beyond and that researchers proceed at their own risk and take proper security precautions.
- If possible, try to make sure researchers have to click through at least two layers down before encountering actual images
- Flair your post NSFW
- Verbally describe the content you have found in enough detail to let other researchers decide how to proceed
As added insurance, mods may flair a post "Potential Security Risk".
Outting these slime and the human turds who protect and fund them is a vital part of our mission, and Voat's anti-censorship commitment make this one of the few forums where documenting that effort is possible. Let's help each other use that power and freedom responsibly.

I’m not finding a specific agency, like the FBI, in the USA, for example. I guess my recommendation is to look locally for any local law enforcement or community watch, and just keep that information handy for when the time comes to report anything. Every community should have someone or some group with involvement in protection against this scum.
