This shows how the court system uses loopholes to fuck over child sex victims.

Basically the appeals court said that the fucknut had his right to a speedy trial stepped upon, although CO law says that with Defense approved continuations (such as what happened here) means he waives his right to a speedy trial in leiu of making sure all his rights are taken care of; there was a questionnaire that the court was waiting on. Three continuances later, the supreme court decided to hang with what the appeals court went with, despite overlooking the bit in the law about maintaining defendants rights being greater than a speedy trial.

Do you have any info whether the perp might have been a member of the elites, or in any way connected to the elites?

Or is your premise that members of the Court have shown behaviour patterns (maybe also in the past) that would suggest they are actively endorsing pedophilia? If so, please point it out. Thank you.
