This shows how the court system uses loopholes to fuck over child sex victims.

Basically the appeals court said that the fucknut had his right to a speedy trial stepped upon, although CO law says that with Defense approved continuations (such as what happened here) means he waives his right to a speedy trial in leiu of making sure all his rights are taken care of; there was a questionnaire that the court was waiting on. Three continuances later, the supreme court decided to hang with what the appeals court went with, despite overlooking the bit in the law about maintaining defendants rights being greater than a speedy trial.

The appeals court of Colorado is obviously packed with fellow pedophiles. They are laying precedent for their own trials.

This is exactly why MILITARY TRIBUNALS will be used against this 5th Column of kid raping seditionists that pollutes our government and courts.

Except that the military is polluted too. There are many accounts about this from survivors including Fiona Barnett among many others who talk about the military, their above and underground bases-- all being used for trafficking, SRA, raping, mind control programs, etc. etc.
