In 2009, investigators said that a lot of very high State Department and Defence Department people had been found to be involved in a massive child pornography and distribution operation. Several were indicted. But in 2009 investigators said that these people had threatened to cause all sort of problems for the United States if the indictments didn't stop. They proceed with some indictments of very high ranking people, and that's when you get this massive leak in 2010 to Wikileaks, and that pretty much put a stop to it.
