Is this another one of those Fake Bills they are trying to pass like H.R. 1865 FOSTA Bill. It's suppose to help sex trafficking but does the exact opposite. The Bill is on it's way now, but hopefully we can head it off. Tell you friends and relatives to call their lawmakers. Many are up for reelection.
I think these laws would help. Its not enough at all, but this legislation could change a lot of lives; very pro-child rights. Now if we could get California to enact just a fraction of these laws...

Have to get rid of Brown first. Gavin Newsom is not the answer either.
