Who exactly is someone with information even supposed to contact?

The PI that worked for the McCanns is killed just a month or two ago. The environment is shown to be dangerous to anyone who has information in this investigation.

All these fucking murderers keep getting away with it and it's the same fucking people over and over again. The FBI has shown how fucking incompetent they are with the Florida shooting. Literally dozens of phone calls to multiple law enforcement agencies from multiple persons and they don't even start a basic investigation! You cannot make this shit up!
