This is the first time I’ve ever noticed that the tear on the baby’s cheek is in the shape of an upside down heart.

Reminds me of Jeff Koons 'Hanging Heart' which sold for worlds highest price for a living artist at auction for $23Million. This was September 2007. 5 months after Maddie was abducted.
