Nolan will be given 20 years in prison, but will still be up for parole in just four years.

Drug traffickers would be facing a harsher sentence than that. Wtf

Totally, it reveals a lot. I think he is a release valve anyway, to get us to stop looking to the bigger fish allowing these smaller guys to get away with it.
