Former Campbell County District Judge Timothy Nolan has pleaded guilty to numerous felony charges, including human trafficking of adults, promoting human trafficking of minors and unlawful transaction with minors.
As part of his plea agreement with prosecutors from Attorney General Andy Beshear’s Special Prosecutions Division, Nolan pleaded guilty to 21 counts against 19 victims and prosecutors’ recommended sentences totaling 20 years in prison.
Nolan, 71, of California, Ky., a former local school board member, was originally charged in a criminal complaint by the Campbell County Police Department for crimes that occurred between 2010 and 2017. That complaint alleged that Nolan committed human trafficking with a minor by subjecting a child under age 18 to engaging in commercial sexual activity.
He was later indicted on 28 felony counts and two misdemeanor counts.
“The punishment in this case does not undo the trauma inflicted on the victims, but it brings closure and some justice,” Beshear said. “I want to thank the Campbell County Police Department and our special prosecutions team for working this case.”
As part of his plea agreement, Nolan will pay a total of $110,000, a large portion of which will go into the Human Trafficking Victims Fund established by Kentucky lawmakers in 2013.
Nolan is subject to lifetime sex offender registration.

hang on a minnie, Mod
This guy was a former chairman of Trump's Kentucky campaign - if anything it may cast DOUBT of Trumps swamp draining intentions

Really? How do you explain that logic?

well, how was he caught? By Trump white-hats who came to know of Nolan's predations through proximity on the campaign trail? Ok then, swamp draining.
But if he was arrested by investigators independent of Trump campaigners, we need to ask how a man of these activities came to be on 'team Trump'
the ol' 'what did trump know and when' deal - Im sure we'd be sking that Q if he was a Hillary campaigner
don't mean to get all Are_We_Sure on yer ass, ;)

No problem, MH. We should be asking those questions. The fact that he was taken down on Trump's watch, despite being a state campaign leader is encouraging to me, though.
