Former Campbell County District Judge Timothy Nolan has pleaded guilty to numerous felony charges, including human trafficking of adults, promoting human trafficking of minors and unlawful transaction with minors.
As part of his plea agreement with prosecutors from Attorney General Andy Beshear’s Special Prosecutions Division, Nolan pleaded guilty to 21 counts against 19 victims and prosecutors’ recommended sentences totaling 20 years in prison.
Nolan, 71, of California, Ky., a former local school board member, was originally charged in a criminal complaint by the Campbell County Police Department for crimes that occurred between 2010 and 2017. That complaint alleged that Nolan committed human trafficking with a minor by subjecting a child under age 18 to engaging in commercial sexual activity.
He was later indicted on 28 felony counts and two misdemeanor counts.
“The punishment in this case does not undo the trauma inflicted on the victims, but it brings closure and some justice,” Beshear said. “I want to thank the Campbell County Police Department and our special prosecutions team for working this case.”
As part of his plea agreement, Nolan will pay a total of $110,000, a large portion of which will go into the Human Trafficking Victims Fund established by Kentucky lawmakers in 2013.
Nolan is subject to lifetime sex offender registration.

20 years and $110k? That's 1.05 years and $5,789 per victim. Fuck that, strip him of every god damn cent and immediately execute that piece of shit. Intern his ashes in an outhouse so the public can forever piss and shit on him.

I'd rather they seize ALL family assets. Go after ALL business partners no more than 53 years back and up to his eventual death.
The IRS must be paid on commission as a merit based system. They can only get 1.5% of all assets from "GOVERNMENT" funds stolen while in a position of National Security or any Oath of Office, present of past. Bump it up to 3% if non government citizen's investigators share the the 10% finders fee.
Bounty hunting for corrupt government officials and spooks can be my new national pastime that will rival Fourth of July.
There is NO statue of limitations for Enemy Combatants of the United States of America.

Absolutely fucking not. Those vampires are bad enough with the power they have already, they currently have no problem spending thousands in legal fees to collect hundreds and that would just incentivize them more. I despise what this degenerate did and i hate the light sentence, but giving the IRS more power is not the answer. Turning the entire feral cat population of the world into cyborgs that shoot lasers out of their eyes is a better idea than giving the IRS more power.
