Been saying this for years and, well, everyone hates the truth. Gym teacher was caught molesting kids in grade school then ALL of those boys end up gay. Their sexual experience was limited to same sex before it even came to fruition and it became a mindset for them. I repeat myself again, but that's exactly how homosexuality reproduces. It's a disease.

I'm not sure it's a disease but I do agree there is a definite relationship there been sexual abuse and homosexuality. I've known many gay men that have been abused. I have a theory that whatever experience a person first feels sexual feelings with often becomes central in their sexual nature. It might be seeing women's stockings or feet, receiving a spanking or being molested by a homosexual man.

I wonder if in some cases it has to do with the fact that if a young boy is molested by a man, he may actually have some arousal or even enjoyment of the act (after all -- until puberty and hormones kick in, it is just about bodily reactions -- not about sexual attraction) and this leads them to think (sometimes erroneously) that they must be gay because of that. Many male victims of childhood sexual abuse talk about the shame and confusion they had because they responded physically even though they did not have any attraction to the same sex.

However, I still have to say that I think that the majority of people who are gay are simply born that way. I know the gay community would probably be offended by me saying this, but I think it is a birth defect. The brain gets wired one way and the body gets wired another. That is why I can't help but feel sympathy for gay individuals. Now, that being said, the hedonistic gay "lifestyle" (like the promiscuity or the gay pride parade), I don't approve of that at all. But, I also don't approve of promiscuity in the straight community or things like Mardi Gras which is hedonistic as well. What you do in private is your business -- I just don't think you need to do it in the streets or parks or bathrooms, etc. Gay or straight. But a gay couple who want to marry, settle down and live a regular life like everyone else -- I've got no problem with that. I don't have to approve or like it in order to tolerate it and allow them the right to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" as guaranteed by the Constitution.

Yeah, neither do I. Perhaps some are born gay or effeminate or they are molested and become that way. Our bodies are built to be aroused, even though I don't want to think about it much, I'm sure some sexual pleasure can occur, even if it's mixed with fear.
