But the claim in this link caught my attention - its ostensibly about a (2nd) child porn conviction for Jon Venables, the perp of that lamentable episode of 2x 10 yr old boys abducting and murdering a 2 yr old back in the 90's - however, it mentions a manual of instructions for pedophiles, without going into further details, alas

Someone on Reddit a while back said that he is known to brag about his identity and the crime at his menial jobs and that they change his identity at a cost of 250k a name...he supposedly has had 3-4 now. DISGUSTING!!! Not sure if this is true but seems legit as the guy was worried about being charged with doxxing him and couldnt afford a barrister.

This is beyond disgusting. He is just coming right out with it. Not even hiding it. Are they not worried that people will start asking questions? I guess people just don't care anymore. When the news comes out about such a heinous crime they all say how very horrid it is, and Oh the poor little boy, but then they just ignore it all, when it is staring right in their face. Good God!
