Yep. Ever seen the movie "In the Bedroom"? I wouldn't be lunging for him in court. I'd make sure that I was in a position to actually get to him. In fact, if anyone hurt or molested one of my kids, the last thing I would do is go to the cops. I'd get to him first because you know that, at most, they'll just get a slap on the wrist plus your kid has to testify and everyone in the community (even if the identity is protected) will know what happened to them. So, I'd take care of it myself without breathing a word to anyone else so there wouldn't be any motive to connect me to it. If society refuses to crack down on people like this and organization continue to be more concerned about their "reputation" and "liability" than about the welfare of kids -- parents will have to take matters into their own hands.
