I believe this is just a place like Comet Pizza, that is why it relates to Pizzagate. The place is as dirty and horrible as Comet, that is how they repel regular people from coming. They bring underage performers in late hours and have their parties. Remember the pedo references to Chicken Nuggets?

Look at the handsign.

I briefly glanced at a magazine article about the Grammy night, and the first thing that stood out to me was Andrew Lloyd Webber doing that handsign, too.
