We have talking AI robots, talking direct even by phone doesn't mean you have been talking to a human being. Unless you Satoshi personally you cannot verify he is a human. In fact if an AI owns bitcoin they could hire a human to pose as them eh? Once AI becomes self aware anything can happen.
