There is not a shred of proof for that claim. This is a typical conspiracy theory peddled by controlled opposition gatekeepers in "truther" movements. The US did bring many German scientists and other professionals over after the end of the war, but these people were practically POW slave labor. Just because some of these Germans may have been availed of in various fields of activity, perhaps also in the MK Ultra, doesn't mean that itself was a German or "nazi" creation, nor that any such experimentation took place in Germany during the war. You need to present some facts if you're going to make such arguments. The fact is that MK Ultra was ordered by the likely freemason Allen Welsh Dulles (good chance of being a crypto-jew as well) and headed by jew Sidney Gottlieb.
