I also remember several hollywood elites like Richard Gere, Gwenith Paltrow and her family having a close relationship with the Dalai Lama and that the Nazis went to tibet looking for esoteric knowledge....dont know if the ruling Tibetans were comprised then or if its even relevant or not. I do remember being very disapointed when I found out the Dalai Lama eats meat.....
