I think "9/WW" may refer to 9 HVT (Obama, Soros, HRC, etc.). Possibly arraigned? In custody? My guess is Podestas down went straight to jail, do not pass go. The high ranking ones need a public appearance in court. The untouchables get assassinated. Read back on Q a little.
