The Summary: A former gang member facing up to life in prison for allegedly running a sex trafficking business from his Illinois home has asked a federal judge to delay his trial over concerns he won’t get a fair trial because of the #MeToo movement.
“In view of the extraordinary attention to and enflamed societal passion on the subject of male sexual misconduct, Mr. Biancofiori cannot hope to select a jury that is untainted by the veritable flood of reporting on the subject,” Andrea Gambino wrote, according to the Chicago Tribune. The motion sought to tie Biancofiori’s case to sexual misconduct allegations against Hollywood execs such as Harvey Weinstein and celebrities such as Kevin Spacey and Matt Lauer, the newspaper added.
While there is precedent already on tainted jurys and the likelihood of not getting a fair trial, this attempt at unionizing the #MeToo movement with Human/Sex Trafficking [Pizzagate included] is dangerous territory for all of us. If this POS wins his motion to delay the trial, it will be the EXACT legal theory the alleged Podesta/Clinton Cabal will be able to use. "Your honor, just look at my Twitter feed," says John Podesta. "How can I get a fair trial when I've already been judged by the people?"
My hunch is the judge will deny this motion. But let's keep an eye out on the ruling because it will affect cases to come.

You know what...people in hell want ice water too. The sad thing is they will most likely do this for him. Its so very tiring that these guys keep getting either small prison sentences or just off all together...not to mention the special treatment these guys seem to get during the trials as well.

The judge should say "NO" and proceed with trial. This is not a crime without victims here and this should not set a president.
