If this passes it can and will be used against us, to silence us.
The law purports to encourage free speech but in reality creates a safe harbor for "unjust, immoral, defamatory, and injurious" speech. It is important to note that while the US Constitution obviously protects free speech, this right is not absolute.

Yes, it's insane. The same sort of thing happend in Germany. They made a law to censor hatespeech, but google transparency report shows they censored because of "internal security". Everything that criticizes the german state is being censored, even things that are not hatespeech, whatever hatespeech may be.
The same thing they are now doing to the USA, even worse.
