I think users can upload 360 photos to google and they slap their logo up, not sure if google made a special trip out there.
There’s a similar 360 photo of the playground by the pegasus museum.
There could be a trafficking clue in the photo.

No, it was not a still photograph, it is inside of Comet Ping Pong on Google Maps.
