This says he was arrested in October of 2017 which means this has been public knowledge for a long time. He has been arraigned today to take his plea, and his trial date has not been set. I don't see how this is a product of one of the famous sealed indictments. Not saying it isn't, but i'm saying prove it to me. Nobody, still, has any idea what the sealed indictments are for.
