The crowd is all wearing black, like some kind of cult and Black Mass. They murder the baby and hack it apart and eat it, then try to beat/rape the mother to death. All of this is done so the celebrity writer husband can continue to be famous as the sick ritual is some kind of prayer to demons and dark spirits. The occult loves to do shit like this. It's like calling the Moon missions "the Apollo Program". It has two hidden meanings, look up the story of Apollo, and it was definitely a "program".
