I think Dan Schneider is a pedo fuck but I see one thing in this story that I have a question about. The story says they checked all the abortion clinics in southern California and could not find any records of the info they were looking for. Medical facilities do not give out information about patients because it is against the law.
Aside from the HIPPA aspect, it could be that the procedure was done by a private physician and not at a clinic. Studios such as MGM have them on retainer. Wouldn't surprise me if that were the case.
Little bit different situation. The article you posted references employees at the hospital checking the records where they work. In the case of Dan Schneider we are talking about calling or visiting "every abortion clinic in Southern California" and getting that many independent clinics to give up medical records. I used to work in the medical field and I just don't see that happening.
