Trump's wall is in play now that the government is shut down. Dems want DACA, and Trump's border wall is the bargaining chip. This is Pizzagate related because the border is the control point for child trafficking entry. I am old enough to remember the Soviet Union's "wall" or Iron Curtain which was used to PREVENT PEOPLE FROM LEAVING. If the FEDs crash the dollar, they would want to prevent people from leaving so they could extract their "fair share" of the national debt. NO OFFSHORING for the average Joe. That is one scenario.
From my research, the Mexico border is RIDDLED WITH NARCO/TRAFFICKING TUNNELS. http://abc30.com/news/800-yard-long-drug-tunnel-found-connecting-tijuana-san-diego/1302426/. Just search "drug tunnels" and you will be amazed at the number of listings. This brought me to conclude that Trump's wall to keep drugs and trafficking OUT, should be an UNDERGROUND WALL. I was permanently banned from You Tube for posting about this very topic. In my research, I found Trump had referenced Israel's wall as an example and justification for his own proposal. Just recently, I decided to use the search term "underground wall" and was shocked to find that MY IDEA IS NOT ORIGINAL. Guess who is already building one....
"Israel reportedly constructing an underground wall around Gaza"
https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/middle_east/israel-reportedly-constructing-an-underground-wall-around-gaza/2016/06/19/7bafb084-3636-11e6-af02-1df55f0c77ff_story.html?utm_term=.1d8e598f0802
"The presence of more than 30 Hamas-built attack tunnels around the Gaza periphery shocked Israeli citizens during the 2014 war. At least 14 of the tunnels went under the fence line and into residential communities in Israel. Residents still sometimes report that they hear scraping and digging sounds beneath their feet."
"According to the media report, the new wall will update the existing wire border fence, which was constructed in 2005 after Israel withdrew its Jewish settlements from the Gaza Strip. It will extend the length of the Palestinian territory’s roughly 40-mile border with Israel and cost an estimated $570 million. Exactly how high, or, more important, how deep the wall will reach was not revealed.
“Most of it will be under the ground, where although it might still be possible for Hamas to build a tunnel, if it’s as deep as 30 meters, it will be much harder for them,” said Kobi Michael, a senior researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies and a former deputy director general of the Ministry of Strategic Affairs."
We should follow the wall building process closely. A lone above ground physical barrier IS NOT WHAT WE WANT.

A concrete wall is as much a psychological barrier as it is a physical one.
The wall will be fitted with vibration detectors to pick up tunneling and I suspect existing tunnels will be detected and deliberately collapsed during the construction process.
The proposed wall isn't simply a huge cement slab, it will be a massive 30 foot wall - the Great Wall of Trump with a massive 20 foot fence (the Pence Fence) with an electronic surveillance zone inside, similar to what the Saudis are building.
Illegals cost us $115 billion every year and the wall will be a once-off cost of perhaps $20 billion.
It will pay for itself within about 4 years, not counting the fact that illegal border crossings have dropped 78% simply because the idea of strong border security has put the fear of Jesus into the taconiggers. Also, don't forget that Mexico will pay for the wall using several mechanisms including tariffs and asset seizure from Mexican drug cartel members.
I'm sorry about your feelings, however walls work and that's a fact. Just look at Israel if you have any doubts.

"Just look at Israel" I did. They are ADDING an UNDERGROUND WALL. Why not vibration detectors?

If you're sincerely interested then you'll go and do some research and perhaps let us know?
I suspect it's because their wall wasn't initially designed to have an electronic monitoring zone, so now they're forced to nigger-rig a solution.

Israel is never short on cash or high technology. That's why I found this interesting. Adding vibration detectors above ground sounds easier.

If you say so, but unfortunately I'm not a educated about such things so I'll be forced to trust your specialized expertise.
Perhaps you should phone Israel and let 'em know they're doing it all wrong?

Vibration detectors could be rigged or programmed to be "blind" to certain underground areas? A physical underground wall can't be manipulated.

Eh, this discussion has moved into the realms of pure imagination.
I have no fucking idea of that Israel's goals or their engineering requirements or budget are... and neither do you.
Feel free to research this, but debating your baseless fantasies doesn't interest me.
