I thought about this a bit longer after reading more analysis and watching the public side of #releasethememo. I think SOTU will be the reveal. Thinking that the storm has made landfall, the key indicators going forward for the next 9 days will be public appearances. My guess is CS will be the last to go, as he is (currently) the most prominent face associated with the memo.
I wish I had time to build all of the names into a spreadsheet and run 2 sweeps per day for activity. Such as - DWS seen in Walmart. Tweets. Press conference, etc.

Why do you wish to live in a dictatorship?
We don't disappear people here.
The State can't just snatch people of the street and hold you incommunicado without charges.
If you are arrested you can call your lawyer or your family. If charges aren't announced in 72 hours in most places, they have to let you go.
