The cars in their driveway seemed pretty new and after filing bankruptcy I doubt they'd be able to get a home loan. Their kids had no jobs and probably no credit to ruin and they owned the house. What's more interesting, they owned it for years before moving in in 2014 iirc. Not sure what all they were involved in but they had to be getting cash from somewhere.
