If that's mk ultra, then mk ultra is a good thing, that's an inspiring story. I noted the butterfly ring but butterflies are common on girl's clothes and accessories (long before mk ultra) and they are a wonderful symbol. Purple....is simply a color. I didn't see the doctor as particularly androgynous.

We really don't know butterflies, purple, etc are mkultra, we have no evidence of this. I also refuse to dismiss cases of victims of crimes on the color of a blouse, without any solid evidence. I will go with the simplest explanation, supported by police, classmates (kids on the bus saw it), courts and family members here until I see actual evidence otherwise.
